Train
When arriving at the station, make sure to be at street level.
At the street level in the station itself, walk towards“Toegang Kievit”. The hotel will be on your left when exiting the station.
Plane
Brussels International Airport
Ride the Brussels airport express train from the airport to Antwerp Central Station in just 34 minutes. When leaving the station, follow the exit for Astrid Square. The hotel is located opposite the station.
Antwerp Airport Deurne
The hotel is an easy 15-minute drive from Antwerp Airport Deurne, which services flights to and from Rome, Milan, Hamburg, Geneva, Barcelona, Palma de Mallorca, Malaga, Alicante, London City, Southampton and Jersey. Antwerp Airport has a private jet terminal.
Bus
National and international buses arrive in Antwerp at a stop that's just a 2-minute walk from the hotel.

Accompanying Person
Accompanying persons will get their own name badge. They will be on the guest lists at the registration desk for check-in of the social events.
How to access the conference (06/11)
You will receive a name badge which you can pick up on the upper floor of the hotel.
Hours registration desk: 5/11 - 18:30-22:00 // 06/11 - 08:30-18:00
It is compulsory to wear your badge to access the conference.
How to access the Social Events and the Study Tour
Please bring your badge to the welcome buffet on 5 November as well as to the networking dinner after the conference on 6 November.
Study Tour (05/11)
As the study tour on 5 November starts very early (08:00), a separate welcome desk will be available in the lounge corner on the ground floor of the hotel. From there, we will depart by bus towards the Port of Antwerp.
(Reminder: the study tour is optional and subject to an additional fee for all guests, see registration page)
Welcome Buffet (05/11)
Registration for the welcome buffet (05/11) will take place at the registration desk on the top floor of the hotel. This will also be the main registration point for all congress participants and their partners.
The welcome buffet is included in both the congress registration and the partner package.
Partner Programme (06/11)
On Friday, partners are invited to gather at 09:45 in the lounge corner on the ground floor. The excursion will depart from there.
Participants are kindly requested to check in briefly with the accompanying coordinator to ensure everyone is present before departure.
Networking Dinner (06/11)
On Friday, our registration desk will be staffed from 08:30 until 18:00 on the top floor of the hotel.
At 18:30, we will gather in the lounge corner on the ground floor and walk together to the zoo for the networking dinner. The dinner will start at 19:00.
The dinner is included in both the congress registration and the partner package.
